Loving yourself vs. loving others

In today's society, we're often taught that self-love is about pampering ourselves, taking bubble baths, and practicing affirmations. But what if I told you that radical self-love is so much more than that? It's not just a feeling, but a way of being that requires responsibility, surrender, patience, and gentleness.

We've been misled to believe that self-love is about escaping our problems, taking a break from the world, and indulging in self-care activities. But true self-love is about facing our darkness, wounds, and shadows head-on. It's about taking responsibility for our own healing and growth, rather than relying on others or external circumstances to make us feel better.

Radical self-love is not just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have for anyone who wants to experience true freedom and power. When we love ourselves radically, we're able to break free from the chains of codependency, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. We're able to stand tall in our own power, make decisions that align with our highest good, and live a life that's authentic and meaningful.

So, what's the difference between self-love and falling in love? Falling in love is often about attachment, codependency, and seeking validation from someone else. Self-love, on the other hand, is about honoring and respecting ourselves, flaws and all. It's about recognizing our own worth and value, and not relying on someone else to complete us.

As a highly sensitive person (HSP), you may be more prone to feeling overwhelmed by the energy of others. But what if I told you that you have the power to manage your energy and emotions? By learning to discern between your own emotions and those of others, you can break free from the cycle of emotional exhaustion and live a life that's more balanced and harmonious.

So, what are the "Universal Ways of Oneness" that can help us experience radical self-love and personal transformation? These Ways of Oneness are about connecting with the divine, the universe, and our higher selves. They're about recognizing that we're not separate, but interconnected beings who are part of a larger whole. By embracing these universal ways of oneness, we can experience a deeper sense of connection, peace, and harmony. We can break free from the limitations of our human selves and tap into the infinite power and wisdom of the universe.
